I sighed as I stroked Ai’s hair, he fell back asleep right away. I know that the headmaster wouldn’t care if I missed so many days with the grades I get but Ai needed to go, it would help him in the long run.
I started reading my book when I heard a knock on my door. I sighed and moved Ai off of me and answered the door. Tsubasa was standing there looking at me sternly.
“ Why is it that all my students seem to miss their day classes?”
I shrugged and leaned against the door frame. “ Ai wasn’t feeling well. I can’t speak for the other four.”
Tsubasa looked around me at Ai. “ What’s wrong with Ai?”
“ Nightmares… About his past I guess. He won't talk to me.”
Tsubasa sighed. “ I’m glad you are helping him but please just get him to his classes.”
I smiled at Tsubasa. “ Of course. I’ll make sure to get him to his day classes tomorrow.”
He rolled his eyes. “ My classes also.”
I chuckled. “ Those are kind of important, wouldn't miss those for any reason.”
“Glad to hear that. But day classes are as important.”
“ Yeah yeah. I know that. Like I said, I will get him to his classes.” I stepped back into my room. “ If you will excuse me ,Professor Tsubasa, I have studying to do for my next test. I’ll see you in class tonight.” I shut the door and curled up next to Ai. Now we had to go to classes or I’m sure the next visit would be from Head Master.
