I am very sorry about your Grandpa,but you know what the old man's time came ya know? I guess its better that he was ready for it than just staying ina hospital for week suffering. I bet it was nice tho to hear about him and your grandma's early years, things werent liek they used to be.Like their idea of fun and all =]

If you need to talk I am here to listen. You should talk about happy memories that you had with your grandfather if you want to talk. I hope you are okay.

Oh my! I am soo very sorry that you had to go through that! I am sure your Grandfather is happy and watching over you now. It sounds like he was a wondeful man,father,husband,and grandfather. You are such a nice person and very sweet that i am sorry that you had to deal with his passing at a young age. But you must remember all the positive and good things he has done and taught you. keep his traditions alive.

I never understood why people would say, "Sorry for your loss" like they did something. However, I feel that this is an appropriate time to say such. I do hope you are doing well, you and your family.

A loss in the family can weight heavily upon a person, so if you EVER feel like you need to vent or something, then by all means contact one of us, including me! *hugs*

Oh I'm so sorry for ur loss. I've never really experienced the death of a loved one that was really close to me so you must feel really heart broken. It must be hard, but just know he's in a better place and he'll always watch over you. Anyway If you ever need someone to talk to, u could just pm me. Feel better kay.

:( That's so sad. *hugs* I'm sorry that your grandpa passed away. Very sad alright. I would've been shocked as well; I've never seen anyone close to me die...or anyone die in general. I'm sorry again. *huggles* But you know now he's in a better place...he must've been suffering so much before, and now he won't have to anymore. I'll pray for your family, for him...everyone.

That's good you were able to comfort grandma. *hugs* And your mom, too, and you also need some comforting. Everyone dear to him will need comfort in this time. But just remember...that you guys all have memories. You'll be able to remember him fondly. :) I know some people are like, "I hardly knew him" or "He was mean" about their relatives that pass away, but even still, they're family...they have a tie to you; without them, you wouldn't be there (if they're directly related to your parents!). *hugs*

I know your family will recover in time! Just think positives. And there's nothing wrong with crying/mourning at all! NOTHING. So go ahead. ^_^

Hello there Rachel! ^_^ I am happy to see you posted..hmm...it seems this post you have something to talk about important. ^_^ Well expect a long comment from me then.

Oh Rachel...I am so sorry dearest. *hugs* God...I am very sorry you have to deal with a death at a young age. Yes seeing someone dead is very disturbing and peaceful at the same time. It just makes you stare...that is how my Grandpa was as well. Just so sad.

It was a very sweet thing to comfort your Grandma like that as well as your family. I know you're a blessing in there life Rachel and I am being very serious about that. ^_^ You're a wonderful, sweet girl. You have been going through so much already and I know this doesn't help one bit. However, we must see the positives in every bad situation.

Your Grandfather was I'm sure a wonderful man and it sounds like he had been suffering from an illness of some sort, am I right? He lived a long and happy life I am sure as well. And I'm sorry if you don't believe in this, but I do believe your Grandfather is in heaven right now and he is very content. He will always be with you in your heart Rachel, okay? He loves you very much. ^_^

And at the funeral tomorrow, tell people all about the positive and wonderful things about your Grandfather. Tell them happy and funny stories^^ Even though tomorrow will be a sad day, it should be a happy day as well remembering how wonderful your Poppy was. ^_^
