Don't worry about it. Just write these kinds o' things down and you'll be alright. Just try out a few methods and you'll find what works best for you. Personally I just spam my desk with sticky notes.
I'd rather see in shades of gray.

usually i remember ;_; i just forgot cuz it's social studies and i hate social studies and she never gives us work to do at home >.>;
but yea i have a notebook for that X'3 but it hasnt been put to use >.>
Do you have a notebook you can keep assignment dates in? If you keep assignment details and due dates in it, you won't forget things like that. ^^
