So that's why you've been having such a hard time. I was wondering what was going on. You know, don't feel bad about having that kind of anxiety. It's not uncommon for people to have that choking phobia.

There are a lot of soft foods you can eat (not just pasta), so I would stick with those for now. Soups, salads, really fluffy breads, etc. I mean, I'm probably sounding like an idiot because you eat those already, but just trying to throw out ideas.

I do hope things work out for you soon. I'm glad to hear that today was much better than yesterday, so just take one day at a time. Besides, we're all here for ya!
