go to ur control panel and then find the clock, language and region option. go there and u'll see the regional and language options. once ur there, u can now change ur keyboards and languages. click change keyboards and add english (US) then finally, click apply after ur done adding the languages. u can now then type in romaji if u set ur language bar to english (found in the toolbar beside the clock on the lower left of the window). it should say EN for english and JP for japanese. i hope that helps.
