Hey, hey, wait a minute Mr Postman

Negative: I can't listen to the podcasts. Nor can I access the BoxTorrents forum/main site.

Positive: Thank you all for the wonderful comments you're leaving on my wallpapers and e-cards!!! Part of why I'm doing them (e-cards anyway) is to give y'all a chuckle ^^

***

TC: I get the feeling you don't sleep much at all xD; If so, has it always been like that?

Slick: As always your wisdom scores another point! *bows*

Shaow: xD!!!!!!! *cough* Yes >.> Thank you, my lovely :3

Schultz: :o! Now it's trying to get on my good side, eh? ;p

P-T: My ego thanks you for the compliment on my writing ^^ You can't see the bigger size? Anything I can do to fix that? :-/

Becky-Boo: I do! Love you too! *hugs*

Hush little baby don't you cry

You know how people will sometimes advice others to "take a step back" and/or "wait until the morning" aka "sleep on it"? That actually works.

It seems my inspiration (in all its eagerness) took off with me, brain buzzing with ideas, which in turn led to very little sleep. Additionally, it occurred to me yesterday that I hadn't even napped at all these past couple of days! That meant my system was basically running on fumes and consequently I felt a bit out of it.

(self-effacement running high, objectivity regarding creativity out the window, etc)

Sensing a distinct lack of coherency, my brain somehow finally got through to me that pushing harder would only make things worse. I mustered up the willpower to decide that nothing was allowed out seeing as my filters were worn down and had no fighting chance against the amassed rambunctious thoughts. While my inspiration doubted the power of resting, it conceded to defeat very quickly, haha.

After a good night's sleep, followed by mind-numbingly relaxed napping, I feel refreshed. Something else that contributed to lifting my spirits was taking this screencap:

PS: In spite of my sporadic and sometimes activity-lacking commenting, I love ya'll :3

Petty me this, petty me that

Listening to the Podcast where they asked for more 1920*1200 wallpapers and mentioned there was only one available made me grind my teeth a little. I secretly wanted to have my wall be the first one up, which technically it is, but instead someone else's is shown as the only one there and it almost made me go Darth Vader out loud ("nooooooooo!~").

Yes, my attitude towards this is incredibly immature. Of this I am aware. Still doesn't stop me from acting childish for a little bit >.>

(In all seriousness I only felt like this for about a minute or two. Downside to coming down with adulthood: in some instances it's difficult to be begrudging for longer periods of time :p)

And, hey, Adam was nice enough to contact me about my problems so it doesn't feel right to be too whiny about it. If I wanted to be extremely logical about the issue I'd go so far as to put some thought into how there's rampant starvation and wars raging on in the world .... but that'd also be depressing. Stopping now would probably be for the best. Yes.

My attention span outside Photoshop is dangerously low o.O

Up and down we go

¤ I wanna go to AX and pounce on people!!! Going to the con would probably be fun, too. ...... :3

¤ My "Craptacularistic Wallpaper of Doom" apparently registered. However. It doesn't show up. Which is silly.

¤ Submitted some new work, namely 1 e-card and an updated version of my old Gaara wallpaper.

¤ Started up another World where I'll swamp posts with stuff that comes out from my photoshopping.

¤ Have one more World in the workings. It'll probably go 'live' later. Whenever that is. Providing I don't lose motivation :p

¤ I want to go to AX and--- oh. Yeah. But... the nuzzles! ;_;

Intro of Dooooooooom!

Rwaaaaaaargh!

I had this winsome-packed intro picture all whipped up for my intro and then .... it hit me that only jpgs can be used *flood of tears* Must refrain from gushing X-x

Listening to the "My neighbour Totoro" soundtrack makes me feel ok about it, though. And I've tried to look at the positive sides of my photoshopping ventures. Such as a few banners that turned out decent. But you won't see them here *grin*

For those who are interested in checking out my creative outbursts, I have arranged a separate World for displaying my bastards babies ¬¬ which will be filled shortly with material to look at/comment on.
