I've been wondering this too. I think it'd be better to get something like deviant art where they notify you when someone posts are or a post because they get overlooked here on your pag and I end up not seeing anything if I didn't come on for a few days.

I'm somewhat guilty of being part of the reason it's dying, haha. I've been away for quite some time, only checking in to get some information out of one of my worlds or see if I have any comments. But that hiatus wasn't just from here, and it was for personal reasons that I've managed to clear up significantly, so I'm gonna try to make a slow but sure return to theO! :D

Yeah, but that's not a long-lasting thing is it? 'Cuz we usually do have some lethar-filled or just dull moments sometimes, but we always come through in the end.

Yeah there's a lot of inactivity on here, but it's alright with me because I'm also not active on here like I used to :) I guess for the subbing aspect, most of us barely get any new subs probably because most people don't care if they sub or get any.If it makes you feel any better, I'll try my best to comment on your post when I can :D

Well I don't go into the Chatroom very much, so I guess I wouldn't know about that.

But anyway, I've been on this site for a little over two years. And it has seemed to me like it goes through these inactive periods sometimes. However, this period seems more inactive than others.

When it comes to submitting, yeah I haven't been the best at keeping up, but I try my best to talk to everyone everyday. There was one time I logged onto the Chatroom and I was the ONLY member there. PERIOD. And it was mid-day on a saturday, which is usually very active since this site's members are mostly teenagers starting out in the Art world.

I also just feel a little out of place here because this place is filled with young artists starting out, and here I am....a 21 year old who has been drawing most of her life :/ I do, however find people my age and even older posting here.

I'm always here, like I stay logged in. I don't post much anymore because I have a full time job now, but I still post in my world every once and a while to catch up on everyone, only to not hear back. I am still active when it comes to comments and faving and voting.

I've noticed that TheO isn't quite as active as it used to be myself. I mean the wallpaper section has seemed pretty dead these past few months. But you know it could be that everyone is just busy. I mean even I haven't been submitting as many wallpapers as I used to. I log on four or five times a day, but with my writing and other stuff I haven't really had time to work on wallpapers. Anyway, I'm hoping that things will liven up here again once the holidays come.

I know, just wish that there was more activity. It's like here its dwindling so much, and I relied so heavily on peoples comments, critiques, feedbacks, etc, that its almost like DA where I have to fight for attention and all the stuff that this place used to give tenfold. Only the difference between DA and here is that here it's because of inactivity and DA it's a competition :/

Even my dash that is usually always been filled up since I started is now pretty much dead. I guess it is because people are not as active anymore. Thus the deflation of faves. I hope this is just a phase. :<

I know what you mean.. It's like there you used to be so many more people to talk to and all that stuff. I'm sure that it's not cuz you're a bad person or anything, and I think your stuff looks good, not bad at all!! I think that a lot of ppl got hit by theO recession.. ;_;

Well, I haven't been on here that long. I've only been on for more than a year, but this place isn't really dying. About the things you get...I did see that I was getting less subs, responses, etc.
But I have some people that I have good relations with here, and I am convincing many of my friends to become a part of this community.

But know that I'll always be here, so if you don't have anyone else to talk to, I'm here. And I promise you that if I'm either SUPER BUSY (Which is rare, I usually have some time to be here, but I'm becoming less active since I've been kinda busy lately with school and all.), on punishment, or dead, I will respond to you almost every day.
