Yeah, I have spells when I start to feel sick. My back hurts all the time. Is it your lower back that hurts? If so, there's this exercise that can help. Lay flat on your back and start to raise your feet about 6 inches off the ground. Hold that pose for about 5 seconds and raise it higher and hold for another 5 seconds. Keep raising your feet until you have worked good into the spot on your back that hurts. Hope that makes sense. It helps my back. Actually about 2 or 3 times a week I hold the pose with my feet 6 inches off the ground for about a minute or two. It works my stomach and it stretches my back.

sadly this type of pain can't be solved by that. but i'll remember that for other pains. only meds work for this.
