A while later, I noticed the IP for TwoFacedLullaby had changed again. This was not a concern since it changed nothing, however I did notice that quite a few accounts also changed to this new IP.
After doing some checking, the notes regarding that are in SomeGuy's post, it was clear she was making new accounts and subbing to herself again, in addition to favoriting and hugging her own artworks. Since this was a cry for popularity to get herself back on the leaderboard list, I blacklisted her from it.
Within a week of being blacklisted this post was put up. Post She claimed she was deleting the older accounts and that was true, she did delete some of them.
