It wasn't her, it was her sister who had done it. She wrote up a long post on it, unfortunately I did not get a screenshot of the post. At this point SomeGuy and I decided it was time to lay down some transparency on the issue. So he wrote up a post outlining everything, asking her again, to come clean so this could finally be put behind her and those she had hurt with her lies.

Instead, she chose to delete her account, again.
