You could try Chobits <3 its amazing or Ranma 1/2, yu yu hakusho, inuyasha is great, death note, if you like straight comedy you could try panty and stocking with garter belt. So there's a few ^^ (psg you might want earbuds for)
Eureka Seven is great. I've been watching Ghost Hunt on netflix and I would highly recommend it. There's always Fairy Tail. Trigun is a good funny anime. I've heard that the Black Butler anime is good. Trinity blood is good, its just a bit older. Samurai Seven as well. I don't know how good the anime is, but D.Gray-Man manga is really good so I would think the anime would be too.
