Yep, in Fall I usually get art block/slump, Winter isn't as bad, in Spring I'm kind of getting there, and...yeah XD
Since school usually gets me tired and stuff, I feel more like relaxing, but in Summer, I have more time to work on stuff(heck, I'm even working on more TGL pages a bit more often)
I think part of the reason why I'm working on the pages more is mostly because I'm starting to get to my favorite chapter(and my favorite part in it~<3)
