I like seeing Fantasy OCs, but I usually make Real Life OCs...I can't help it...TT^TT I'm trying to get into the fantasy kind of feel...I have some kinda angel guy in my OC bank...O.o; I dunno if he's an angel or what...but he's magically and can't die (Why won't you die you!! >:0)

With real-life OCs...you don't have to always make them romantic or whatever. You can make them funny or something! XD

I actually like real-life manga over fantasy, but I like seeing fantasy OC designs! XD Then again...maybe I do like real-life OCs...O.o;

I like sci-fi OCs, that's it. I don't really like fantasy OCs persay...but I do like sci-fi OCs like androids 'n stuff...*.*

I think I like fantasy a lot more. Those characters are more than likely in a world of their own, completely different from ours. And I love that. Haha
If I had the imaginative capacity all my characters would be fantasy characters. Not to say I don't create some in my head every now and then I don't have any concrete characters lol.
I just love the whole swords, and magic and adventure and all that. More interesting than our world imo.
But real-life characters can be just as interesting too. I guess it's just how to writer writes their story? Haha. I think the love-related story lines might be only because those writers don't think outside the box?
BUT ANYWAYS, I think real life can be just as interesting as fantasy, as long as the writer has an awesome story. But fantasy characters just grab my attention since they're more than likely going to be involved in nothing like reality.

Hey, you should read The Glass Menagerie. It's a play, so it's pretty short, but it's good. It's beautifully tragic, I guess. Haha.

So yeah. Fantasy sometimes annoys me because I don't like the little animal companions. They're always annoying. Haha. But yeah. If it's slightly real-life and whatever, it's good. I dunno. It just depends.

Hm, in the case of seeing them, I generally like seeing both OCs, but the thing with real-life OCs is that to me, they need to have an at least decent personality and a good story, otherwise I might find them to be boring D:
Fantasy OCs, well, I don't really like ridiculously powerful OCs, enough said XD
I usually feel a little more comfortable making fantasy OCs(though I don't think I've made those kinds in a while OTL), since there's more creativity allowed. Although if I'm clear enough with what the setting is, I can be comfortable in making real-life OCs~
