Chiaki Ishikawa - Your typical anime Jpop, except she has a killer voice. The thing I remember most about her is her song for Bokurano, Uninstall.
T.M. Revolution - Jpop, I think? He does a lot of anime music, too. He did one of the most memorable songs from Rurouni Kenshin (at least for me).
Yoko Kanno - She's the composer for a lot of amazing anime series like Ghost in the Shell, Macross Plus, Wolf's Rain, Escaflowne, the list goes on. I listen to her music 70% of the time that I am listening to music just because all of it is so perfect...;3;
