Aw! xD They're tough, but it's good to take some challenging classes!
AP Calc AB and AP Gov are pretty easy. (Well, if you're good at math Calc AB is easy. BC is the harder one, and I heard it's really rough.)
AP Lit is okay, but the English classes depend on the teacher's teaching style. My teacher this year was really lax.
AP Physics C is horrendous. Do not take it unless you got A's on all your regular/honors physics tests. I took honors physics last year, got A's on nearly every test, and got low C's on almost all my tests in AP Physics. orz Though if you have a good teacher, it'll probably be better. My teacher literally didn't teach in the classroom.

What AP's are you considering taking?

This makes me feel nervous about AP classes now.

Ah, well our tax dollars go toward our public schools to pay for the exam for us. It comes with the "public school package"... xD So my parents don't have to pay out of pocket.

Huh. That's interesting. At our school, they're like "WELL IT WOULD BE COOL IF YOU COULD TAKE IT BUT YEAH THE TESTS ARE EXPENSIVE AND HARD SO WE UNDERSTAND IF YOU DON'T WANNA." a lot of people just seem to take the classes for a gpa boost because they weight them a lot higher than normal classes

And yay! If I go next year we should like totes have a meet-up or something. That would be fun~ :3

I knoww, and I had to have it to graduate so I had to take an online course...;3; All 'cause I wanted to take Chinese and AP Art instead of World History that one time 3 years ago..O.o; Since then they haven't offered the class.

I had Physics and surprisingly loved it, but yeah, you're right! I probably would find the AP course to be hell! XD

Ah, that's bad...It feels like the physics department in schools has gone down a lot. I keep hearing about how back then physics was the class of nerds and how the teachers are really bad. I think the US's job troubles reflect the teachers. I think teachers are the most important jobs and should be regarded as so. Their teaching skills show the future.

Oh, yeahh....I remember I just chose The Poisonwood Bible because I focused on that, 1Q84 and the Road. There was no happy future for the Road and any future that existed was ambiguous. 1Q84 took place in a parallel world and for one year which was the year of 1984...Though I suppose it could be used. But that was a really limiting 3rd question. Very few books even give enough to answer that question and usually it isn't important to the story....>3>

I would have had to read a story where somebody did something bad or something and then in the future had consequences...the Kite Runner was almost perfect for that question, but I did not remember the characters names enough to say anything about it...

Ah! Really?! I didn't look at any colleges like that! I took some test and it said I had a 1% chance of getting into an Ivy League so I gave up on that and focused on colleges that had things that I was looking for at good quality teaching, so unfortunately I'm going to a college in the state that I hate, but oh wellz. It's a good college.

Oh no, the physics teacher was kind of horrible. He's not a mean teacher, but he really didn't teach us anything and just had us read the textbook to learn the material. "orz I resorted to youtube videos by some retired professor teaching the material.

I think the AP Lit people were looking for a different style from the AP Lang people. :T I felt like I was doing better last year, too, even though my teacher kept giving me weird grades. But yeah, that 3rd question... that's probably what killed me. "orz I think it was something about decisions in a persons life that impact their future? Idk.

Haha, that's true! 8D B-but it just felt so easy when I took it. ;m;

Bragging rights! xD But nah, all the REALLY hard to get into colleges only take 5's. I tried to apply to Carnegie Mellon University, and when I looked at their AP credits they basically only took 5's.

It's the Physics Mechanics and Physics ElectroMagnetism tests for Physics C. I-I wanted to take Physics B, but not enough people signed up... so I had to take the harder one. "orz And I feel for you... my teacher didn't teach us any of the material. We had to read it all from the textbook. xD;;;
Awh, sorry. D: Nah, my calculator was fine... was yours messing up when you were doing the integrals or something? That's what usually causes my calculator to stall for a bit.

Thanks! orz They don't take the Physics because I guess because they want you to know the material EXTREMELY well. I knew it well enough to fake a lot of things, but people who get 5's really know what they're doing with the equations and concepts.

For someone who took a lot of AP this year, I think you did well. I wasn't sure if I was up to taking as many as you so I only took 2. But yeah, good thing colleges accept your scores either way (except for physics cause that's weird, why wouldn't they take it?). Have fun at Otakon!

I bombed AP Lit but I expected it cause it happened with AP Lang too and I just hate MC for reading..... It doesn't make sense 'cause for reading you have interpret it multiple ways.
I was suppose to get a 5 on AP Gov't as my teacher worked me to death but my hand got really tired on the FRQs and I didn't expand as much heh heh heh... Got a four though.
Never heard of Physics M and E&M -goes google them- I took AP Physics B and it was horrible since my teacher didn't prepare us for it at all. I'm surprised I passed.
AB Calc... You didn't get calculator errors while you were doing it? Mines kept saying busy or gave me giganto numbers. Still got a 4 but I wanted a 5.

Wao! Great job on those tests! O.O It's strange on the ones you think you won't get a 5 on you get a 5 on! XD My school doesn't offer Physics, though (they did, but for some reason they took it way, that and World History...even though you have to take World History to graduate in my state...O.o;) or AP Physics...not that I would've taken those tests...XD

But you did a great job on both of those tests! I thought they were supposed to be harder! I guess if you know what you're doing and you have a good enough teacher to prepare you for them it's not so bad.

My friend got a 1 on Chemistry because that teacher was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE...

It's bad how the AP grade also reflects the teacher...

For me in AP Lit my teacher kept giving me 5, 6, and 7's and the year before in AP Comp I would always get 8's and 9's and I never figured out what the problem was so I was okay with the 4. Maybe I just got tired the next year? Who knows...maybe I'm just terrible at talking about literature....XD

I actually really hated the 3rd question though, I don't know what it was about, but I remember thinking that whatever it said was something I really did not want to talk about so I had a very hard time of coming up with something from the books that I had read...I really hate talking about characterization, I feel like it's overrated...>3>

Aww, and that's a shame about AP Gov (which I also don't have offered at my school), but at least it's not a 3! :D

Actually...now that I think about it...what's the point in getting a 5? You usually don't get anything extra for getting a 5 from colleges...O.o;

Yaaaay! My high school doesn't offer AP Physics, but that's cool that you got a 4 because I've always heard that class is the devil. I took honors though and I'm convinced that it should have been AP because it was actually one of my hardest classes because there was so much work wat I took Dual Enrollment Calc but we were in the same class as AP, which I think was AB? idk I got credit equal to what I would have gotten on the BC test though and we learned pretty much the same stuff so who knows /shrug
BUT THE TEACHER MADE US DUAL KIDS TAKE THE PRACTICE TESTS AND AHAHA I GOT A 2 AND I WAS LIKE "IT'S A GREAT DAY TO BE IN DUAL~ /shreds test" (I actually did really well in the class during the year though i promise) Only one kid in the class actually took the AP test and bless his heart.

I got a 4 on Lit too. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET A 5 BECAUSE I GOT A 4 ON LANG LAST YEAR KSLDJFLKS (but it's okay because my college accepts 4s for the same amount of credit as a 5). And I got a 5 on Gov which I actually was expecting because I thought it was really easy? Like, the MC was harder than the practice ones my class took, I thought, but the FRQs were like... WOW. but at the same time i WAS surprised because we got off on so many tangents/intense discussions during that class...

Seriously. Where is summer going? I'LL BE AT COLLEGE IN LIKE A MONTH /sob MY CHILDHOOD also i am so unprepared i haven't done any shopping yet jflksjlk;
And aw man i think this was the year my mom had promised that i could go to Otakon but I totally forgot whoops But i think I'm on vacation then anyway and if i go next year or something I could maybe enter the AMV contest~
