I'd recommend both Symphonia and Abyss
They're awesome. I've played both of them
But I prefer the battle system in Abyss more, so I guess I'd push that one more.
But both of them have great storylines
You should watch some vids of them on Youtube and see which one looks more appealing to you

Get, "Tales of Symphonia, Dawn of the New World." Or the first one. :3 Both are really great games, but only if your thinking Nintento, because Tales of the Abyss is for the PS2. And Tales of Vesperia is for the X-box. DX But whatever, you want anyother tales of games, I guess I'll give you a title and a little description or something. ;P
