Same here, I'm far too impatient. I like being able to watch what I want on my schedule. I do wish they had more streaming though, at least they rotate shows. But still, since we're paying them to provide that service, they could provide a little more. =P

I stopped the discs for a bit but the streaming is starting to get way better. I love being able to watch an entire series without having to wait a few days for the next disc. If only they would put more shows on there. That was how I was able to watch Blue Mountain State.

Who actually get disks anymore anyway LOL. Heh, sorry. Of course it can't play the disks silly, no place to stick 'em in a phone, but it can stream netflix online. It's what I do most of my netflix watching on anyway. Though netflix and youtube will suck up the battery something awful.

It's apple, of course it's got problems lol. But my calendar, my phone, my ipod are all wrapped up in that iphone heh. That and when I'm out and about I'm nerd enough to check my email and browse the net from it... and as I'm a netflix and youtube whore... and it can play videos from both, yeah I'm screwed.

Now that's cool. But of course Alienware is going to try and screw people over. You spend all that money, they want you to file chapter 11 just to own their stuff. Apple is slowly starting to get like that as well

The thing that is really annoying about Alienwares is that when you want to upgrade the system, or need to download anything to update it... it will only take alienware stuff. The system is so picky and Alienware really makes it so you have to stick with their products. Lame. Especially for how much money they cost. The Alienware we just replaced, we gave to a friend who had an old computer since it was an upgrade.

The Doghouse systems are much nicer I think. They are still built to be gaming computers, but they upgrade sooo much easier and they don't make it so you can only use Doghouse stuff.

At one point I was toying with the idea of an Alienware...but damn are they fucking expensive as fuck. So now I'm just rocking a Vaio and love the hell out of it.

That is very true, your average Dell just isn't designed to run games. The graphics cards can't handle it and most games now are designed to run on duel cards anyway. I consider myself lucky in that aspect, the hubby and I are both PC gamers, so we buy gaming systems. We both have Doghouse computers right now, we just got a second Doghouse to replace the Alienware I was using, it was starting to get a little dated.

The only reason I never got into PC games was from the fact that you have to have a good system in order to really enjoy it. Of course the PC graphics are 1000 times better then the console. But at least with the console, I don't have that much room in order to play the games.

Yes it was. I love those games too. Except for the PS3, I'm not much of a console player, I admit. I'm a bigger computer gamer, and a game that comes out for all the platforms like that... the computer is always going to have the best graphics, as long as you have a system that will run it.

I had Oblivion for the 360 when it first came out and loved it but it started messing up. Little did I know that it was the damn 'red rings of death'. I had one of the 1st batch of systems. I've already have gone through like 4 360. I know, I'm stupid. But I traded the game in cuz they were saying that the PS3 version was better. I just never got around to getting it again. And I loved the game. I love those kind of open world games where you can explore and just screw around. Fallout 3 is another good one but of course cuz it was made by the same company I believe

Oh man, who knows? I played Oblivion a lot when it came out and to this day I still replay it once in a while cause it still holds up. So if Skyrim is as good, or better? Probably a hell of a lot lol.

Well both of us heh. I get the physical copy, but the hubby is going to download it from Steam. The way they are doing the game, you have to run it through Steam regardless of whether you get a physical copy or not. And Steam usually lets you download the game before release day, it just won't be activated until 11/11. So basically we're still buying two copies, we have to unless we want to play it one at a time... and fuck that. Neither of us are patient enough for that.

The pre-orders come with a map apparently, I think it's supposed to be a leather one, but I'm not sure, we'll see. I didn't get the collectors ed. cause I have no desire to have that huge honking dragon statue lol.

Nice. The first game was really good, I'll have to get this one some time. But Skyrim comes out next week... and that game has freaking priority over everything. I'm probably going to disappear for a week after 11/11 lol.
