My boss is such a biter. He would see what another company is doing and try to duplicate it, thinking that since they have x amount of people doing it, well hell we have more then them and it should come out faster and better. He never learns

I think it's like that everywhere, cause bosses like to think they know best... but they are never the ones DOING the grunt work, so they fail. Whenever I see my manager do all the things we do, then I'll respect her suggestions on how to do stuff.
