Final fantasy, the reason I got the PS3 lol. Oh Cloud Strife how I want to do all kinds of pervy things to you. There are some lame rpgs out there, there is always going to be in any genre heh. But there are some that are fantastic, like you mentioned, FF. FF, the Elder Scrolls, Dragon Age, The Witcher, MGS... those games are all immensely popular because they are so interesting. I have a friend on here, Red Tigress, who isn't much of an RPGer either, but she does appreciate Dragon Age and Oblivion. Some of them even reach out to none RPGers.

Uncharted might be a good rpg like game that is fast paced and interesting enough for someone not used to them to try Hana, if you ever get the urge. It kind of crosses genres I think.

And Solid Snake and Nathan Drake have to be two of the neatest characters to play ever.

I'm sort of the same way. I get into a game and then suddenly I get to a point and just jump to a new one for no reason. There are some that I have stuck with and beaten and those I'm very proud of. I've been lucky enough to beat all 4 Metal Gear Solids. I may not have done it clean (not getting caught/not killing any guards) but I still beat them.

Well that's true for a lot of them but there are those that really stand out. Final Fantasy is one. Yea it's a console game, but it's a RPG nonetheless. And anyone of those can take you days to even come close to beating. The Elder Scrolls games are just wonderful because they are open. You can do alot just from exploring the terrine or fighting monsters

Mass Effect is just like that. And your right. I hate shelling out even 10 bucks on a game that I'll beat within 2hrs of opening. And I'm not really an achievement whore so I'm not going to go through the game 20 times just to get all of the achievements. As soon as I beat it, it has to be a good game in order for me to go back and replay it. Otherwise, I'm on to the next game

They can be kind of long yeah, but I love that about them. If I'm paying 60 bucks for a game, it damn well better entertain me for a long time lol. I love games with story, action, interesting plots, neat dialog, the whole works. When I play a game, I want everything in it all rolled up into one package.

I went to the midnight showing of Star Wars when it was released the second time around too lolol. Madden ha, not that the games are bad, they're kinda fun, but not worth a midnight release.

Oh my, poor Hana. No Skyrim OR TOR?! You poor girl, we must educate you on good games! Starting with Metal Gear Solid 4 hehe.
