Well not just a racing game. It's like demo derby with some dark and twisted stories and characters involved. Preacher is just one of them. If you saw the 'Michael' Playstation vid, in that background is a dude with his hair on fire. That's Sweet Tooth from Twisted Metal. He drives around an ice cream truck.

I'm not too sure, but I think it was the first PS2 game that was given a M rating.
Ah man. This dude was the s@%^t in TMB back in the day. I loved how he would have a car and have his followers strapped to the hood of his car, and shoot them at cars. The followers would in turn be strapped with a bomb. Ah the memories
