This is a class of mutants that have grouped together because they have used their powers to emulate one or more of the great sins. Hate, Pettiness, Lies, Torture, Sloth, Pride, Decadence. In most cases, a mutant’s powers are unable to reach its full potential, do to the lack of both need and desire to explore and experiment with the power once they claim a sin. In many cases, the power is not inherently suited for that sin but had been perverted along the way.
They live in and under (sewers) several buildings in downtown areas some of which still live in society without anyone knowing.
