That is pretty bad if it has been more than a month dice you bought the volume and haven't recieved it. I would report it, like you said. I hope that gets taken care of or they refund your money. Take care!

I have two of the same volume. It's an Inuyasha one, and i bought it and the second one my Mum bought for me for Christmas and forgot that I bought it xD
It's always good o have a second copy. You may never know ;D
