You are right, there are many members, including me, that are not so much active. But you are right in another thing too. We all decide how spend our own relax time. I, personally, most of time read manga but if internet is on which is rarely, I'm trying to be on theO and write a few comments :)
And the scholarship, I'm very happy for you! It's great opportunity for not just excellent university but for seeing another country too. Although, I know I would be scared to be alone in strange country, far from my hometown :)
Hope you will pass the test for driver's license! It shouldn't be so hard actually, I don't know how that test is, but I guess it is expecting me for about 3 years :)

More or less, yes. The point is to concentrate on the present and do what you think is right, not what your outer desires want, only what inner do. Future then comes on itself as it should.^^
Living with someone who is close to you is nice and it can make your life much more full. But also you will have to study a lot if you go to a certain college, but I am sure that you won't forget that.^^ Just be nice and reasonable with your parents and I am sure that they will understand it sooner or later. Also make sure to find and decide on things that would really make you happy, that is the most important.
I will also move out to another city regardless will I study in another country or not, because there is quite a distance between my town and nearest university. I will live alone though...

i agree with you on the lack of activity. there are people who i was great friends with and talked to all the time years ago when i first joined this site. but now, i haven't from them in ages. i think they have all left and moved on.
that would be so cool if you could study abroad, i would love to, but am to close to actually graduating from college to be eligible i believe. oh well.
my brother is learning how to drive too. i know the tests where you live probably aren't the same for where i live, but as long as you don't panic i'm sure you'll be fine.
