My favorite anime couples are as follows...
1. JudaixAsuka (yu-Gi-Oh Gx): They're my #1 favorite couple because they compliment each other well. They are too cute together. Also they've been friends for along time. But she didn't have the courage to confess her feelings to him in the 4th season. I was sad by this. But the way it ended it left it open to where they could have gotten together.
2. AmuxIkuto (Shugo Chara!) : Loved this couple ever since I watched SC. They are cute together,they act like a married couple and they have adorable character transformations together. Love these two~ nuff' said :)
3:ShanaxYuji (Shakugan no Shana): These two are too adorable together. Shana is always giving Yuji a hard time in the beginning but eventually they fall in love and in the last scene of the anime they have a very romantic scene. I was happy :)
Well those are my favorite couples in anime. I'm a bit of a romantic so yeah. There you have it.

Hmm, I'd have to agree with you on Usui and Misaki (they're so cute!<3) and I actually prefer the Zero x Yuki couple (it's sad what happened in the manga though DX). I'd add Kei x Hikari from Special A being super cute (and nerdy lol) and Iku x Dojo from Library wars :)
