A world where I post my stories. I'm not that good, but I hope you'll like them! ^^ Please leave a comment on how you think I can improve, or if you like it.

Ah, I had nowehere else to put this (since I still don't get how to put two different pictures into an intro) So here is my Akatsuki membership card (would it be called that?)

The Midnight Hour

Yeah, so if anyone remembers, I entered the write4fun challenge last year and didn't win. But I thought, I might as well enter this year too! So here's my entry, please tell me what you think!

“How could this have happened?” his whole body trembled with the realisation of what he had just done. He had only wanted to touch her one last time, to feel the softness of her golden silk hair. To smell the scent of her favourite perfume, like Lilacs in bloom. How could everything have gone so horribly wrong?

He remembered her saying she was leaving him, taking their young daughter, who was no more than two years old, with her. He remembered getting on his knees, begging her not to leave, probably looking pathetic in her eyes. He had reached out to grab her hand, and she had pulled away in disgust. He had then tried to reach for the young girl, who trembled at her mother’s side. His wife had slapped his hand away, adding to his depression.

Something in him had snapped. He recalled the words they had shared in their wedding vows till death do us part. He’d planned to honour that commitment for his entire life, and he still did. He stumbled towards the desk, where he had hidden a gun in the case of an emergency. In his mind, there was no greater emergency than what was happening there. He lifted the gun as his wife turned her back, lifted her suitcase, and grabbed their daughter’s hand.

His strong hand trembled as he aimed, yet he still managed to hold the gun straight. His finger squeezed the trigger and the shot could be heard throughout the street. His wife fell forward, blood staining her new white blouse. The little girl at her side screamed, and he ran to clamp his hand over her mouth. As his wife hit the floor, she used the last of her strength to glare up at him. “Bastard...” she whispered. Her body jerked, before ceasing to move at all. The light seemed to leave her eyes, and he knew she was dead.

The little girl in his arms let out a cry, before fainting. He looked down at his hands. Though they were clean, he felt as though they were dirtied in his wife’s blood. What had he done? He hadn’t meant to hurt her, he hadn’t meant to make his daughter cry. He shook violently, and lifted the gun up one last time. He planned to hour his wedding vows, even if his wife did not.

He raised the gun to his head, trembling. The old grandfather clock his wife had begged him not buy, chimed loudly as it hit the midnight hour. Drowning out the sound of the second gunshot of the night. Now we can be together forever, were his last thoughts as he closed his eyes for the last time.

Betrayal

I watched as Tamahome held her in his arms. “Tamahome?” I questioned, praying that it wasn’t really him. He looked up, “Miaka!” shock crossed his face. “Why?” I asked him, tears staining my...

Bleh, get it away from me!

Love is an illusion
A fantasy
A wish upon a star
A dream that won’t ever come true

But that can all be changed
When you find someone just for you
Reach out and hold them close
Because you never know when you’ll lose them

A heart breaks
They can pick up the pieces
Love fades
They can bring it to life
Darkness surrounds
They bring in the light

Never give in
Look for a brighter day
Always hope
I love you
The sweetest words you’ll ever hear

So I wrote this for one of my friends, and she loved it (I personally don’t like this kind of stuff, but she made me) So I thought I’d share it with you guys. What do you think?
