Gahh this is my first con ever!!! xD
i'm so excited to get a chance to go to NYAF. it's pretty much a month late birthday present to myself lol. My mom and I have already booked our flight but so far all we lack is my weekend pass that still hasn't been sent yet >,> my mom is starting to freak out about it thinking that we were gypped or something but everyone has been telling me that the badges will be printed really soon. I hope so xP
My finalist entry to the NYAF Mascot Contest was edited further and I finally got a chance to make cool t-shirts out of it! i'm gonna make it in black but hopefully it'll come out okay
i made these designs from it. i dunno what else to do with it but these shirts aren't for sale. i'm afraid i'm gonna have a copyright issue with NYAF if i do >,> other than that i would have reserved a table for myself if i wasn't tight on cash but i decided it would be better off to get a chance to walk around the con and enjoy the festival =3
I don't think i'll be spending my entire time at the con since i want to get the chance to walk around NYC since i haven't been there since i lived there again in 2000 but look out for me, just look out for someone that looks like my R.E.V.O.L.V.E.R. character Jay with a newsboy/cabbie hat, you'll find me lol ;] i must warn you though...i'm extremely short in person so you might have to look down to spot me xD
Planning to get Yui Makino and Yoshiyuki Tomino's autographs for my school's anime club and watch the 2009 skits. Also hoping to spot you Otakus there! i'll put up a post of all the people i met after the con ends =]
Plans for Future Cons?:
METROCON 2010 lets hope. I plan to save up to reserve a table there =]
also maybe AnimeFest Orlando if it's open next year
