Every year February rolls around and I am flooded with chocolate recipes. I love chocolate, some days too much. But the problem with getting all those recipes is the fact that I can't bake all that well. I can cook with the best of them but to make, say, a chocolate cake or heart shaped candies is not within my near future.
Or so I thought.
My friend, who I've come to call A-ko on this site, has challenged me. She wants to trade chocolate abominations with me on the 14th. I say abominations, but She and I know that her's will be better than mine. So I've asked a coworker of mine what one of her favorite chocolate recipes is and she told be that it was a tempered chocolate bar that is mixed with crushed peppers and orange zest. I was intrigued so she will be bringing me the recipe next week.
