I believe so too, and Orihime-chan really fits as Alice. I'm not sure because I haven't seen Alice in Wonderland in a while, but I think Captain Zaraki might be a good fit as the caterpillar.
It seems quite fitting to me sir. The Lt. and yourself have always made a good team so why would one split up that team by making the Captain something else.
