splash is a good thing to start out with, esp if you want a good cheap one!! and the other two have touch controls which are really tricky lmao

You're getting a tablet? Awesome! I just have the basic pen and tablet. Its been doing okay for me. I never used Splash, Create, or Capture though I heard Create is good for drawing.
