Well, I wouldn't know for sure, but I think it was for fun. I never really asked him though. I didn't actually know him well because he was a friend of a friend. I just remember complimenting his dress, and that he told us, "You better come see this play, because I had to shave my legs for this!"

That's true. I actually found a slenderman costume and I wanted to wear that, but I'm not very tall, so it wouldn't work. Although I did have a friend who ended up cross-dressing during school for a play. Our school had a tradition called 'formal friday'. The Friday of our school play's opening night, all the cast and crew have to dress formally. My friend played a girl in the play, so on Formal Friday he wore a dress to school. His girlfriend, who was also in the play, wore a tux for Formal Friday so that they'd look like a formal couple.

You should post a drawing of her, that would be interesting. In my Japanese pop culture class we looked into manga/anime with female protagonists (we focused a lot on Sailor Moon) and a lot of times, when girls have to fight or transform, they transform into something with less clothes on, as if that is seen as more empowering. I hadn't noticed that before.
However, with the Halloween costume thing, I wasn't talking about just anime/manga but all costumes. If you look in a Halloween store, boys get a firefighter or a doctor costume, whereas girls get 'sexy firefighter' or 'sexy nurse', which I find annoying. To add an even bigger annoyance to that, the plus-size costumes cover more skin, so it's like the companies are saying that plus-sized girls don't deserve the opportunity to dress sexy if they want to. It's like one big twisted double standard, I don't know.

She probably was, and she might have actually said it exactly like that. She could get intense when showtime came closer.

Yeah, he must. Not to mention our stage director was rather demanding.

He's actually not, but the character he played was rather strange and eccentric and he was able to get into the role perfectly.

I came across a women's Joel Robinson costume that really made me wonder why it is that there are so few sane people left in this world.

I have absolutely no plans. Going to eat supper with a friend and her mom, who is in town. That's about it.
