Hehe it's not yaoi-ish. People just get weird about making anything and everything sexual. So they've probably twisted it way beyond how it was supposed to be.

Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.
Oh yeah, maybe I'll check that out. I watched Black Butler through Funimation, although they took down all of season 2. Although I'm not sure I'd have watched it, as it was deviating from the manga so much that I had kinda stopped liking the anime. And things are well enough with my friend group, they have also pointed out that this girl is not acting like herself so I guess it's not just me. I know she's going through some things so I'll just let it be. I had just worried that I had done something bad to really piss her off and that she had been passive-aggressively responding, because I'm so used to that kind of behavior with my mother.

I just had a really weird night, that's all. And a friend of mine was acting somewhat mean and angry toward me, and only me (other friends were there too, but as I said, she was only making these comments toward me) and I'm not entirely sure why. A lifetime of my parents teaching to think of myself as weird and just generally not acceptable has conditioned me to believe that I deserve this treatment and that she isn't wrong. I suppose if I really wanted to, I could talk to her and tell her that she hurt me and ask her why she was doing it. However, this isn't really worth starting drama in our friend group, so as long as she doesn't continue to act like that, I'll probably just let this one go.
