That dream felt like a kind of magical experience, either as a transcendence of the chaos and stress of human life or as a metaphor for infancy, before one has a concept of mistrust. I'd even say that I'd willingly do it again just for that experience, but that's definitely not a good idea. Not only would it probably affect my health badly, but apparently people who pass out while giving blood (actually people who pass out in general, but particularly people who pass out while giving blood) often wet themselves while unconscious, and that would suck. Didn't happen to me, but I passed out after giving blood, not during, and was only out for a couple of seconds. I'm probably still gonna go give more blood when I can. I have O negative blood, which is very much needed and also apparently pretty rare. I should just make sure I eat enough first next time. I think that could be why I passed out.
Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.
