My name is Emma, and I've been a nerd as long as I can remember. This is the world I use for post about my nerdy life, nerdy observations I happen to make and nerdy fan fiction I write, that happens to not be about Reno (because he gets his own world).
In case you're curious about me:
I'm 16, and indeed a girl.
I live in Texas, which can be fun and can also be aggravating.
I used to live in New York.
My blood type is B-.
I'm 5'1" tall.
I love Doctor Who, cats, trombone, anime, rock, techno, Jrock and baking cakes.

Welcome to my world, and please try to enjoy your stay.

More delightfully nerdy Doctor Who related things I do...

Out of boredom, I took a fancy to arrange the Doctor Who theme for brass quintet. The bass line is ripped directly from the original note wise, although I made the decision to put it in 12/8, as opposed to 4/4 as Ron Grainer originally had it, and I simplified the rhythm. The second trombone line I took from Murray Gold's arrangement (it was the violin/ cello line I think). The melody is split between 1st Trombone, Horn and Trumpet, with harmonies in the Horn line, especially during the middle eighth section.
I'm really happy with how it turned out. Now we need to play it in band sometime!
Oh, yeah, so you can hear what I'm talking about, this is a video of the midi file with all the pictures from a folder in my computer labeled "Doctor to draw." I think I was trying to decide which picture of David Tennant (or Tom Baker, as it would appear. Had one of him in there too. XD) to draw. I guess you know which one I ended up picking.
