Okay, so we definitely talked about going to an onsen last night. I wasn't mistaken about that. So why the hell did I just spend two hours in a noisy, crowded mall while everyone went shopping for the kids?

I mean, they're obviously perfectly within their rights to change their plans. It is, after all, their house. But it would have been nice for someone to let me know so I could have gotten some extra sleep instead of this massive headache?

EDIT: ... 'kay nevermind, we're still going. I would have preferred to skip the department store, but I'm glad we're still going.

Starting to look back very nostalgically on sleeping past 7:00am.

Spring season, why you do this.

... so I'm not sure what it says that I'm willing to endure certain FMA-related trauma again, and yet when I think of the 07-Ghost anime, I'm still like, OH GOD DON'T MAKE ME GO THROUGH IT AGAIN JUST TELL ME WHEN THAT PART'S OVER OKAY. I think FMA is actually more depressing with its trauma, but 07-Ghost does something that kills me like little else.

Oddly enough, something vaguely similar is the same reason I never continued with the Pandora Hearts manga, as much as I wanted to. Now that there's an anime, I think I will suck it up and move on.
