Kita had the same idea I did. The girl who I commission a good bit has set prices, but she has ran into the issue of her barely getting paid $5 an hour for her work. I've noticed doing it hourly is easier than by piece, unless it's super simple pieces.

Well depending on how generous you are and what they're asking for, most commissions are like 5 for a simple outline/headshot, 10 for fullbody, 20 for colored and detailed, and some charge more with backgrounds.

I personally don't like charging people but if I do then I'll probably be more like 1-2 for an outline (depending on how much effort it takes), 5 for colored full body, 10-20 for colored/detailed/background because backgrounds are troublesome. Everything is tentative of course.

It's good to have like a basic price but can be more or depending on the request. Good luck!

I read in a commission tutorial on DA, I think, to kind of take into consideration that minimum wage is $8/hr; so, if it takes you half an hour to do a sketch commission, for example, you'd price it at around $4.
