"How about you can drink our blood AFTER we saved the world?" Jess asked.

"Nope, I can't wait that long." Taro licked his lips. The girls backed away slowly.

"I could defeat you!" Jess cracked her knuckles.

"Jess, this guy is like 10 or 11 years old..." Deiara whispered. Jess shrugged and walked towards Taro. The bait was set. Gigantic spiders grabbed the remaining girls and tied them to a tree. Jess scowled. She made an air kick at Taro. Taro dodged it. Then he bit Jess's arm.(Note:Like Cate said, Taro's not a vampire.)

"Your blood tastes good. And you have other blood types." Taro tasted the blood. Jess gulped. Not only did she carry her own blood, but her demons' blood as well.

"This ends here..." Jess said. Her eyes turned purple. Taro was lifted up to the air, then thrown into a field.

Meanwhile, Shukaku's stomach growled loudly. He decided to eat only the werewolves. He wasn't sure about about the vampires. Kyuubi burned the vampires up to ash and garlic. Suddenly, Shukaku instincts kicked in. He growled lowly.

"Baka, what are you doing?" Kyuubi yelled.

"My mate is bleeding. I'm going to Africa!" Shukaku said in a predator way. Kyuubi muttered something about being glad that Jess would finally die. Shukaku slapped Kyuubi, then teleported in front of Taro.

Run-in

Surprisingly, Shukaku and Kyuubi managed to fight the vampires and werewolves off. Both the clans lay in seperate piles, Shukaku was trying to figure a way to get these guys to knock off their crap and Kyuubi was doing the same. "Teme, what are we going to do with these guys?" Shukaku asked.

"I say we should throw them into a flaming river," Kyuubi said.

"I'd agree with you but we don't have the time."

"Yeah," Kyuubi sighed, "But what then?"

Meanwhile...
Jess and the others were moving through-out Africa. "What about Lola's parents?" Celena asked Jess, concerned about the child.

"I'm sure she'll be fine," Jess replied.

Deiara sighed. "Jess, why'd you ask me that question?"

"Hmm?" Jess said, looking up.

"You know..."

Jess thought for a minute. "Umm... well..." she couldn't really think if her friend would get mad or become sad that she'd heard that. "It was just a question, with all this happening I just..."

"You know you'd never do that, friends can't do that to friends. There are bad days, but pick yourself up again. Don't ask me that again. I will always like you, we're friends forever, got it un?" Deiara replied.

"I'm glad to hear that..." Jess replied.

"To think I snuck up on this yuck-fest." a voice said.

The girls turned and saw an unfamiliar face. He didn't look like he was from this place at all either. He smirked, "Name's Taro, although you won't really need to know it because I'm going to kill your pretty little faces and drink your blood."

Note--

Taro technically is a bad guy, but a double agent I'd say. He's a powerful medic nin, but he's not a vampire and hasn't met any of them before. His voice gets deep: like this when he has tasted his own blood. and when he has that voice... He toys with opponents but he's also dangerous

Intertwine

The werewolves and vampires screamed and took their frustration on the only ones in the room, Shukaku and Kyuubi.

"S***! I was gone for 5 hours and the world is ending!" Kyuubi complained, kciking a werewolf in mid-air.

"Shut up, Teme! I need to find Jessy and fast!!!" Shukaku yelled, swiping vampires with a flick of a tail.

Meanwhile, Jess was listening to everything Deiara and Celena were saying outside. She was hiding in a corner, trying not to cry. At least there are some people who felt as unwanted or doesn't belong as she does. But she questions if making friends with them is making things worse. If she hadn't left Deiara and Shukaku, none of this would have happened. Lola looked at Jess and almost started to cry as well. Jess started to dry her tears and walked towards Deiara.

"Deiara, do you still like me even if I bring you misery and hell?" Jess asked, looking down. Deiara looked at me.

"Well, you didn't bring me hell. But I still like you..." Deiara said. Jess instantly hugged Deiara in a hard way. Then Jess asked Celena to join in. The three-way hug embraced all girls in a new way. The sun rised slowly. Jess turned back to human.

"Okay, do y'all wanna save the world?" Jess asked.

"It's not like we have any choice un." Deiara sulked. Celena nodded. The three girls were off to put the world in order. Suddenly, someone grabbed Jess's leg. It was Lola!

"Lola would you please get off?" Jess shook the girl. Lola shook her head and stayed with Jess. Jess sighed and continued walking with the girls to the villages of Africa.

Away

After Jess took the two girls to somewhere else, it seemed things were rather gentle in this part. After the talk with Jess, Celena still didn't feel welcome, especially in that home and went outside. Maybe my scent will be caught up in the wind and I'll be carried away so I can't cause any trouble... she thought, sighing as she sat in a tree far away from the hut.

Deiara thought it was odd for a little girl to not be able to talk, except when Jess talked to her in a certain way, but Deiara thought she shouldn't really be there and walked out. I don't really fit in anyway, so I'd better go...

She walked away from the hut. It was really cold out. Deiara was wearing a black shirt with no sleeves and black shorts, she did have bandages from her ankles to her legs and arms to her wrists (basically over her entire body except for feet face and hands with her black fingerless gloves), but it didn't really help. She sat under a tree and laughed under her breathe. "Maybe if I'm lucky, I'll die of hypothermia..."

"Why would you want to die?"

Deiara turned and Celena was up in the tree she was under. "I want to die for obvious reasons, but why do you?" Celena asked her.

Deiara turned her head. "My past wasn't all red roses when I was born. My mom hated me because I had the same eyes as my dad... an Uchiha's, so she refused to talk to me or see me, when I tried to talk to her and my dad wasn't home, she'd slap me and I'd cry."

She stopped to sigh. "I know it's not really anything compared to what you've been through the past years, but I was sad... And I began biting my arms... and I also cut myself more than a hundred times."

Deiara unwrapped one of the bandages on her arm and showed the bruising and multiple slashes, scars, and cuts. Celena looked at Deiara surprised. "The only reason most people can't tell about the damage is when I put make up on them." she wrapped her arm back up.

"Most of the kids know about this... the adults just say it's a rumor un..." she looked at the ground and then shivered.

"It's really cold for you out here, huh?" Celena said, "Maybe I should get you back in-"

"No. I don't belong there. I don't fit in, so it's better to stay away."

Celena looked at her with sad eyes. "Are you sure? Your friend is there..."

"I know... but I still don't belong..."
