Now that's just sad... Since Little Shop Of Horrors was originally created during the 60's and it made it a musical during the 80's while Twilight was only here for the 21st century...

Yep ^^ the main difference of the movie and the play is the living and dead. Like Audrey II dies and is reborn in the movie, but in the play, Audrey and Seymour die

She dies of bleeding to death. The plant's teeth are razor sharp so they can chew through the meat to get to the blood

What I don't get is how Audrey dies when in the play, she looks like nothing happened to her, the plant didn't eat her as much, yet she dies?

Well the difference is (I'm going to skip some of the small details and get to the end)

After many weeks, Audrey II becomes hungry again and Seymour says he won't kill anymore and goes out to get some bloody steaks for it, but Audrey ends up coming in at the end. Audrey II tricks her by saying he needed water and tries to eat her, Seymour comes in one time to save her from being eaten, but she ends up dying in his arms and tells him to feed her to the plant since she was the giver of the name. Regretfully, he feeds her dead body to the plant and cries, the plant grows flowers when Audrey is fed to it.
Then, scientists come in maybe the next day and say they want to breed Audrey II and sell the copies to everyone. Seymour realizes that was the plant's thought all along and tries killing it with weed killer, rat poison, and nothing works. He finally goes mad and grabs weed cutters and jumps into the plant to kill it from the inside, but it eats him and spits out his glasses and the cutters. In the end, the scientists get the plant's dna and do copy it

Anyway, Part II

Since Audrey is now a free woman, she seems a little happier, but still on the sad side over Orin's disappearance. keeping mind on their work though with the flower business, now called Mushnik and Son, which is busier than ever. Phones ran on and off the hook (Call Back In The Morning) they they even hung up on a lot of the customers when it was closing
Once it was closing, thinking he would impress Audrey and make her less sad, he goes and puts on Audrey's old boyfriend's jacket, which causes her to cry. Seymour confesses his feelings to her after comforting her and Audrey does the same (Suddenly, Seymour) and then they kiss. Mr. Mushnik sees this though and becomes suspicious and investigates the situation. He confronts Seymour about him getting called down to the police station about the bag left at the dentist's office and is trying to get Seymour to confess and tell him what happened. Convinced he's done something wrong by the plant though, he tricks Mr. Mushnik into looking into Audrey II, pushing him in to be eaten (Suppertime)

Seymour gets Orin to agree to a last minute dental appointment. Seymour brings a bag with him and inside there's a revolver. Seymour takes out the revlover nervously and plans to shoot Orin, but Orin thought he was just being nervous and shoved him into his chair, the gun and bag on a nearby table, while Orin goes to get high on laughing gas before he drills into Seymour's teeth. The helmet looks like a space helmet though and it gets stuck on his head and he begs Seymour to help get the helmet off him (Now!). Seymour debates whether to save him or let him die, but it ends up being too late and Orin suffocates, dead on the spot. Seymour, scared, drags the body so he can cut it up. He feeds the dead body to Audrey II and disposes of the evidence

While she's alone, Audrey thinks about her and Seymour being together and having a family somewhere nice (Somewhere that's Green)
A day later, Mr. Mushnik's flower shop finally has enough money to clean the shop and rennovate it some more (Closed for Renovation) while you can see that Audrey II has grown to the size of a German Shepard. Mr. Mushnik soon leaves and Audrey and Seymour are left alone together.
Audrey almost confesses her feelings to him, but soon leaves when her boyfriend Orin comes, introducing himself first to Crystal, Chiffon, and Ronnette (Dentist). When Orin comes in to pick up Audrey, he gives some advice to Seymour that he should ditch the flowershop and take the plant to have a better place. Then Orin and Audrey leave on his motorcycle. Mr. Mushnik hears this however and comes up with a plan to keep Seymour and the plant by saying he's going to officially adopt Seymour as his son (Mushnik and Son). Mr. Mushnik goes to get the adoption papers when...
Audrey II wilts again. Seymour hasn't healed and goes up to the plant promising to give him more blood once he heals, but the plant begins to talk saying "Feed Me". Since Seymour has no blood to give it for the time being, it still continues, begging to be fed in a deep voice and tries to convince Seymour to kill someone (Feed Me) and Seymour decides to kill Orin because of how he saw first hand how he treated Audrey when she and him came back to get his jacket.

I love Feed Me X3 the plant's voice is amazing

All right ^^ well after that,

Mr. Mushnik wants to take both Audrey and Seymour out to eat, but Audrey II suddenly wilts and Mr. Mushnik tells Seymour to take care of the plant and watch it.
Then he gets upset and begs the plant to grow for him (Grow for Me) but in the cleaning of the shop, trying to water Audrey II, and the other plants, he accidently pokes his hand against rose thorns and feeds the plant blood. The plant reacts and tries to get more, and seeing how Seymour found out what it wanted to eat, but he only fed the plant a little hoping it would grow and impress Audrey more. And he continues doing this (Some Fun Now) and the plant grows to the size of a basketball.
Because of that, Seymour gets his first radio interview. Mr. Mushnik soon has a realization (Ya Never Know) after though, Audrey comes into work with a black eye and a handcuff on her wrist saying that her boyfriend had handcuffed her. She realizes she really does love Seymour, but she doesn't think she should be with him because of her past with her boyfriend's abuse

All right, It starts out with the introduction to Little Shop of Horrors with the Prologue song (Little Shop of Horrors) and then it introduces where all the characters live (Skid Row)
Mr. Mushnik and Audrey, starting out doing nothing at the nearly empty shop with dead plants. After a few minutes of discussion, Seymour comes in with boxes and trips, causing the boxes to scatter. Mr. Mushnik is ashamed of him, but does want him to get out of Skid Row and have a nice life away. Mr. Mushnik is debating about closing the store, but due to the fact Seymour doesn't want that to happen, he brings in a plant he got from a Chinaman during a total eclipse (Da-doo) and he decides to name the plant after Audrey because he's in love with her and wants to impress her and customaers start to show up because of the unusual plant
