I think it just takes a TON of thought...like how the hair flows and what angles would do what...But I guess it does need a bit of magic! I don't understand how people can get the fluffy hair! TT^TT Well, I'd say drawing is like haircutting...XD
XD I feel like I could, but I'm afraid...I guess you'd have to think really hard about how to cut your hair. And why is it in anime/animated movies whenever the girls cut their hair they cut them really well. And that one girl in Waterworld, they cut her hair and magically it turned into a popular '80's hairstyle...O.o;

Also, I cut my own bangs once and it was bad. I should've asked my roommate to do it for me since she was a cosmetology major.

Cutting your own hair...is...so scary...TT^TT My mom cuts her own hair (and well), I'm afraid of messing up...though from all the people I've seen cut their own hair, it may not be the flowy fabulous hair, but it has a really unique and cool look. Like the bangs are really straight or something! *.*

this is kinda personal... but are you going through a hard break-up? I can relate. girls often change their hair when they are heart broken.
