When the new format of commenting first came up I couldn't comment. The 'add comment' button wasn't there and if i pressed reply it went down to the bottom of the comment box and stuff. It's all good now though (obvoiusly)

At the very bottom left hand side of the comment box, there should be a box that says add comment.
