I think he had genuinely good intentions and he just didn't carry it out in the best way you know? I love him but I don't want to be biased and say his actions are justified because, well, I don't think they are... haha.
But, I think he should have lived longer as hokage because I think he would've done a really good job and he was obviously really strong too!
