These are the fruits of the less popular "Build a Chibi Workshop". Each pudgy faced miniature is designed and put together by the customer, then filled with shredded fan-fiction... and the kids still can't get enough.
That new "N-1-H-chibi" virus is sinister. It leaves it's victims helpless, adorable, and contagious. As you can see, fingers are the first thing to go.

What happens when fangirls get ahold of their life like miniture dolls for the fist time? Well, looking at the man in the center of the enjoyment, I don't we want to know.
Seeing his niece play with her dolls was the chief inspiration for H.P. Lovecraft's Chtulhu mythos. Alas, he was never able to properly convey the true horror of it all - tentacled monsters from beyond space and time can only do so much to the human psyche, after all.
