Yeah, not much to comment on except that this is the number one reason why you don't keep a DeathNote. People will find it and question you. What if you go to run for prez and god forbid someone finds you have one filled with important names and plots to take over the world? Could have been from twenty years ago but who would know that? People have lightning quick judgement. That's why I have an alternate strategem. It's called mental capacity. Use it.

Hola amigo!
Yes, its very amazing that Polly Pockets used to fit in pockets. There's no way you'd be able to fit the houses and stuff in your pockets now a days, when I had Polly Pockets, the houses were always huge! Now there's like pools and everything. You'd have to put those things in a backpack or something if you wanted to carry em around now, lol.
Don't worry dude, I couldn't say Desbreko for the longest time. I'm sure I don't pronounce half of my friends usernames right, lol.
I plan on watching Kare Kano at some point, so I just have to remember to stop. Though I probably won't, because then I'll be wondering what the ending was. But then I'll hate myself for watching it, lol.
Des totally needs a theme song now.
Ink guy from Naruto is Sai. I really don't like him, lol.
Annnnyway, good show this week! Keep up the great work :D

Syaoran and Sakura can have kids, but not kiss during the series? Wow, what happens when they cut to scenes of other characters. Ah, CLAMP; aren't they amazing?
I'm getting a little bored of hearing Kayne jokes, and I never cared much about him in the first place. He said something stupid; who doesn't? Let it go.
Somebody was taking a vacation. Probably The Mask, I think, who posts a lot of the news.
Wow. Am I like the Walter Cronkite of theOtaku already?!
Well, I prefer to call it "a necessary leave of absence". I was busy with college stuff (including my thesis and intern work), so I had to take a time off from posting news nuggets for around 5 months now. I did post a few nuggets from time to time, especially with Japan elections and the death of the Shin-Chan creator.
And let's say that you're not the only one who feels a little bit disappointed with how the news nuggets are flowing. There are times when I stumble upon some anime news myself and discover later that nobody ever thought of posting it in theOtaku (and I couldn't post it myself because of other priorities). But to be fair with the news nugget diggers, you can also put the blame with a slow news week; it's not every day that newsworthy events (in theOtaku standards) would happen.
Since I'm gonna go on my semestral break next week, maybe we can start spicing up the News once again.
Speaking of fanart
Does anyone but me remember a site called the fruit patch and it had a bunch of Digimon fan art on it?
I looked for it on google recently and according to them the site was taken down T^T
When did this happen?
It was the very first fan art site I ever looked at!
It seems so long ago now as well

And now I'm just depressing myself

On a lighter note . . . I am a girl, and I'm on the intorwebz and if you want proof I shall give it to you!
I love stream-of-consciousness comments. I'm taking a film studies and a film history class and my notes for both happen to be a long string of stream-of-consciousness bits that look vaguely like a MST, but not really because I also end up writing down emoticons and those little dancing Kirby figures one makes with varying components of type, like so: (>")> <("<) (>")> <("<) Blame the growing influence Mystery Science Theatre 3000 is having on my brain and subsequent word-to-visual association.
See... five square kilometers... FIVE SQUARE KILOMETERS... if you can't give up that little of an amount of space so that your home is actually leagues safer to navigate, then there must be something wrong with you. Like, seriously. I can compare this to forging the river in Oregon Trail; it just don't work half the time ya do it, but no one's bright enough to build a bridge because we're all twelve years old while playing the game and only one person in the entire computer lab actually bought more with their money than bullets and guns... and yes, I was totally that one person. Still, you'd think five square kilometers wouldn't be that much. It's not like a total re-design like when people discovered cars were screaming metal deathtraps and had to completely revamp them. Then again... how do you revamp an entire city/village/cesspool of stubbornness anyways? A giant bulldozer, that's how. -3-
Hey, not my fault Kei didn't post my nugget about Domo being at 7-11 in time... >>' Besides, most of the nuggets that do get approved for theO have strong relations to a specific anime/manga/video game and stuff just about the happenings of Japan tend to be frowned upon. Dunno why... they just do. Then again, I don't make criteria.
If you have issues with Desbreko's name, call him "Des" like the rest of us. :D Life's easier that way.
Fanart...? Man... you're really scraping. Go read FanWords. Didn't you used to do that once upon a time? ...or at least browse them?

It's called mental capacity. Use it.
It's called a lack of common sense, which can negate all the mental capacity in the world.
Be true, be you and of course, be otaku.
