As Adam explained at the beginning of this update here:

Our only requirement is that the category you recommend must have at least one submission tagged on the site with that category's name.

So yes it does have to have at least one submission that is properly tagged. I searched and only found one submission for FLOW. The others you listed I found nothing.

If you know of any submissions that are merely missing tags just send me the links and I'll fix that so a category can be added.

Wow, so many categories in such short time! Maybe a Carnelian (artist) category wouldn't be too bad either, I've seen a lot of wallpapers from her art. And Green Glass/Tukiji Nao (artist) too!

I always experience a mild shock when I see some of the new additions. Both Tenjho Tenge and Burst Angel didn't have categories? My eyes are firmly wide shut.

I know that I've come across several Super Milk-Chan artworks, but only one is tagged as Milk-Chan. If only the rest were properly tagged.

Well, looking at the current stats for subscriptions, I would guess someone was penalized for artificially inflating their subscription count.

Or something was lost in translation from last version to Vibrant. Just my guess. I may be wrong.

I'm not sure if there is any yet. but I'd like to post some. And I'd feel better if it wasn't under "Other anime and manga" ^^ but that's just me.

So don't let the lack of category hold you back. I need a submission in order to add it to the list and searching using different keywords such as the title has produced no results.
