<3 Sengoku Basara! You used it on AP too, right? Sweet. I was jamming to it both times xD
As for the wedding, hearing about it was cool! I've always been curious about Japanese wedding customs and stuff so thanks for sharing. And obviously, congratulations!!!

Those 20 minutes were worth listening too, especially your "EXCALIBURRRRRRRR!" I literally rolf'd.
Looks like you had a fun time!
I've just been watching some things on YouTube about the new Pokemon games. In my opinion, they don't look like Pokemon. At all. The 5th, and last generation...? It's been around for what, 15 years?
I entered the mascot slam, I can't wait to see all that was created!
Good job on being married, I give you the cone of proud.
I don't get the point of putting up walkthroughs on Pokemon games. They all look the same to me!
I hope they don't blame Death Note for the murder. Just crazy people....The world is going to hell somewhere bad...
Congrats on the wedding Ichigo. Hmm... on the topic of brains, I just watched the first episode of High School of the Dead. Freaked me out, as I'm a wimp. Baccano! is awesome. I especially like Isacc and Miria. They're like Team Rocket, only funny. An anime I want to watch, but am unlikely to, is Redline. Saw a trailer for it, and it seems batshit crazy. The art style reminds me of Eon Flux.
Also, what did you sing at karaoke? Did you sing songs in anime, like a true otaku? I would, not that I can carry a tune. BAKA!

I don't remember whose idea the karaoke was, but everyone was for it. And as far as what I played, it was "Song for a Winter's Night" by Gordon Lightfoot.
Saw your wedding pic on the Pulse page, Ichigo; very cool. Way to go!
Saved from a live-action 'Bebop'. I feel better.
Wouldn't it be funny if Funimation got bought by Bandai or someone like that? At least then we'd be safe from the company being mauled by someone clueless to the industry.
Yeah, some books should be banned for being dull or really stupid. 'James and the Giant Peach' would probably be considered 'socially offensive' on account of his abusive treatment at the hands of his evil aunts and the fact that he runs away from home and lives with bunch of giant insects; living with a spider in a giant peach is undoubtedly grounds for child endangerment. But it's cool.

She only gave you the Cone of Shame because abuse is her form of love.
I've seen that Girl With the Dragon Tattoo book around. Been hearing about it since someone made, or is making, a movie based on it. I'll have to check it out now that you gave it a nod. Gotta read faster, or I'll be living like Yomiko Readman before I know it.
I have to agree, you rocked the outfit in those pictures. Looks like it was a great time. And every wedding should have karaoke afterward.
Outback Bebop? I don't think so... I mean, unless Ayers Rock has some kind of ancient spaceship or something under it. Personally I would like to see a movie focus more on Spike's storyline. I was always disappointed that the anime didn't do enough with the syndicate and Vicious and all of that.
Yeah, I remember reading some of the things on that list, either parts that were in text books, or entire books. And the most they ever did was bore me. I only ever got angry at Of Mice and Men, and that's because the ending was so cold and empty. I wanted to beat the crap out of those characters.
I took the list from the back of my grandmother's AARP magazine. I'd like to do some investigating, see when the challenges were made on those books, where they might have been banned, and what 'reasons' people had for wanting them banned. I expect they aren't going to be very legitimate claims, just people who think it's better to remove something and pretend it doesn't exist. Banning Fahrenheit 451 is the ultimate irony, of course.
They mentioned a few more details about the Autobiography of Ben Franklin, how it has been "sanitized" at various times in it's publishing history, certain essays removed such as one concerning advice to young men that older women make superior lovers. You know, stuff that could easily be explained if there was discussion of Franklin's life and personality rather than editing or removing it out of embarrassment over the content.
I have never seen Two Girls One Cup either. Nor do I ever have any desire to. I say we should stick together on that.
After two weeks away, it's good to have the show back. And Kat and I are still working on your gift. It's just been a laborious process since technology hates us, although it hates me the most. And I'll leave you to ponder what that could mean...
I'm sorry, I had to Cone of Shame you. Just 'cause.
Surprisingly, I actually know what you're talking about with your wedding at the shrine and all that stuff. Nara? I know that! Man, maybe the Japanese art history class I'm in is paying off in more ways than me getting doodles out of it!
I wrote a paper last year for my English class about the Death Notes and all that stuff. And uh...yeah. Totally.
"I wouldn't watch it. Although Katana totally would."
YOU HAVE NO CHILDHOOD SOUL, ICHI. NO SOOOOOULLL. B(
Scarlet Letter was personally the worst book I read that was on the list. It lies rooted in my deep hate for Hawthorne.
Ohh...oh Ichi. I love when you read the titles for the Movie Sign episodes we're going to watch. It makes me laugh because you usually give the most epic voices for the lamest episodes.
Dude, I can totally cone of shame you any time I want. I may just do it for you challenging my ability to cone of shame you. In fact, I think I will. CONE OF SHAAAAME!

I vote for an acoustic EXCALIBUR theme for a future show.

Yeah, you would like James and the Giant Peach . . .
Also, I'm finding it excessively funny that you went for karaoke after you got married. Whose idea was that?
Other question: I see you with a guitar. What did ya sing?
