So, if it can't be in human form, can it have human features? You mentioned an expression...can it have arms and legs too?

I could think of a kick-butt character...if we were allowed to humanize it but I really am scratching my head on how to make a cupcake look mean and menacing. *scratches head*

I think this is the hardest contest I've ever heard of. Making something as fluffy and delicious as a cupcake look like a hardened warrior is no easy feat. I may just have to try my hand at this...
