I kinda liked the Dragonball movie i mean besides the millions of things that went wrong, if you're watching it from someone's point of view that doesn't hasn't read/watched the anime or manga it would seems like an average movie. I feel sorry for the 11 other people in the cinema because my friends and I were bagging out the whole thing throughout the whole movie. I MEAN SERIOUSLY HE GOES TO SCHOOL!!!!!!
When the movie big wigs know that a movie is going to be bad, they don't have critics view it in advance. This usually prevents any added insult to injury for the movie. And the ending result is that the movie will be a huge flop in theaters. Just read these to get what I mean:
Then again, most people don't watch movies based on critic reviews these days. So.. we'll just have to see how the Dragonball movie does in its opening weekend.
Hope you guys have fun at SakuraCon! Wish I could be there... =D

I still remember at last year's Sakura-Con, when I was rushing to the meet-up, I saw Batou going up the escalator. I was going to say something, I don't know why I didn't. :/
Legal and free new FMA equals "Mmm, mmm, boy!"
Batou, what you are implying is you would rather watch Dragonball: Evolution than come and see us cool otaku peeps in Seattle? For shame.
And, the "[/politically correct]" bit was sarcasm. Yeah... >>
Movie Sign was good this week. It had Peter Graves, who gave a very inspiring speech towards the end of the film.
...They do realize that because no critics have reviewed it there's a possibility older viewers won't watch it, right? That's a little ridicualous....
Batou, maybe you should memorize important phone numbers, just in case your phone disappears and everyone decides to run off on you. Because I don't think you want to repeat another anime moment....
Hopefully I'll remember to tune in next week. See ya!
Nice to see my state (Utah) made the news this weekend and not just in a religious light.
Yes, don't pre-screen the Dragonball movie to critics. Like people can't already tell how goofy it'll be from the trailers; they don't want anyone to actually watch it before the mass public. Hysterical critics screaming and fleeing the theaters would be bad for ticket sales.
I don't know, I'm starting to feel the caption battles less and less lately. I can't get inspired.
