No need to call me a retard, because I know that fact very well. What just made me a bit suspicious was that they joined the site on the day they made the comment, since it gave me an assumption that someone might be creating multiple accounts just to post those comments. Really, it just looked suspicious to me when I first saw it.
I might have not made the comment had it not been for Furby of the funk's last 3 comments. Those comments really looked like very unusual crazy spam to me, especially in a site like this. I guess someone else thought the same as well.

Well, thanks for giving that tip. And sorry for calling them "newbie spammers". I suggest you let them make good use of their accounts, since it would be a waste of Internet resources if it was used simply for those comments alone. Heck, you yourself could also do more stuff with your theOtaku account. Plus the fact that you're anime fans, and that you could always establish your MFAC World here.

Your talk on citizenship made me recall the case of the Calderon family that became a hot topic in Japan and in the Philippines. I admit that I don't really have a wide knowledge in that case, though.

I knew you had to fess up old citizenship, because my little sister was born in Japan since my family is in the military and she has duel citizenship until she's 18. Hm....
You don't need to be a natural born citizen of Japan, you need to be a "naturalized" citizen. That just means you have to become a Japanese citizen (which can take 10+ years). And since Japan doesn't allow dual-citizenship, you would have to give up your old citizenship. Since I have no desire to give up my US citizenship, I won't be becoming Japanese anytime soon :-)
