The cupcakes have struck again, this time physically. A few weeks ago I rolled in pain on my bed from a terrible toothache.

I went to the dentist today and he took a 3 dimensional x-ray. Otakuites, once again, viewer discretion is advised. The below image may shock some of you.

As you can see the cupcakes have infiltrated my mouth with a micro-cupcake spy. It has fused with one of my teeth and is reporting back to headquarters on everything I say and do.

I have made an appointment with a dental surgeon and am on special anti-cupcake medication. I hope the cupcake removal will be swift and painless...wish me luck.
