Homaru slowly rose to his feet, shaking from head to toe. Shivers ran up and down his spine, like buckets on a pulley system. He didn’t stand up straight, hanging his head low at first. He gradually brought his face to be level with the TV screen. It was blank. He sighed, relieved to see the image no more.

And yet it was still there. Burned in his eyes, burned in his mind. That face…..the most terrifying face he had ever seen….it still haunted him. The voice…..the voice of a monster….it echoed in his ears. Those words….those ominous, vicious words……they repeated themselves over and over again in his head. “So, goodbye, Homaru. The next time we meet…..I’m going to kill you.” Those words….that voice….that face…it wouldn’t shut up. “Oh, and by the way, you look like a girl.” Homaru screamed in both fear and fury.
