WAH!!! CONGRATS to you silver!!! I'm so happy for you :D
Snow? Hmmm...you could just make snowmen in front of your place and make them into your guards. Yeah, they'll give your intruders or whoever you don't like some major frostbites and they'll have to think twice before they even think to mess with you :)

It's only six hours if you drive with me! If you ever get a week off or something... I'll drive up and visit my family and then kidnap you to come down here... or something...
Yeah, snow can certainly be a pain to drive in. It sure is beautiful though! ^^ And as long as the snowplows are doing their job and you take it slow, you’ll be just fine.
Mm, that is really far to be moving away from your parents. You’re very brave! Thankfully there are easy ways to keep in touch with people even when you’re far apart ^^ I hope you’ll really like your new area and get settled in quickly!
I know. I was completely shocked about how quickly this went! It took forever to get through the screening and reference process Not to mention they rejected me the first time around So when they called back the same day I turned everything in . . . I was quite astounded Really glad I picked up that phone call.
Thank you!!! Prayers will definitely be needed. I'm excited to be on my own, but I know so many different things can happen. I guess this is the application part of trusting God with your life, ne?
I'll be about 6.5 hours away from my family. I mean, I'm moving closer to more distant relatives and a few friends, but my mom and dad will be a long ways away . . .
I'm excited about snow! But I'm a little wary of driving on it and making sure my car can still run in it. Just so much to learn.

Awesome – Congrats!! I’m so glad a job came through for you so quickly! And I will definitely be praying for you as you move and make the transition – moving away on your own like that has to be pretty scary. It’s good there are some people you know in the area you’re moving to. Are you going to be far away from your family?
Heh, living in the north myself, I can attest to the snow that sticks around for several months. Where I live it’s not strange to have several feet of the stuff during the winter, but it varies depending where you are. I hope your first winter in your new place won’t be too tough for you! And that you like your new job ^^
